以下是一些有關here及there起首的習慣用語:
a. Here we are. (我們) 到了。
解說:
某甲要去見某女生, 但膽小如鼠, 於是便請某乙陪他一塊去。兩人乘了一部計程車, 到了該女生家門口時, 某甲、某乙以及計程車司機都可說這句話: "Here we are."。
b. Here you are/go. 在這兒/拿去吧。
=There you go.
解說:
某甲到麥當勞買漢堡, 服務小姐叫他稍候片刻。不久, 服務小姐就把漢堡遞給某甲, 同時說了一句: "Here you go."; 所以我們知道, 給任何人所要的東西時, 均可使用"Here you are."、"Here you go."及"There you go."。
c. There you go again. 你又來 (這一套) 了/你老毛病又犯了。
解說:
小強很不喜歡上學, 所以經常編藉口找理由不去學校; 在一個寒流來襲的冬天早上, 小強告訴媽媽說他牙齒痛無法去上課, 由於這個理由小強上個禮拜已經用過了, 於是媽媽就對小強說道: "There you go again." (你又來了。), 然後還是押著小強去上學。 |
